Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• An in-depth knowledge of whole-home generator installation process (residential).
• Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing (gas) as it relates to generator installation
• Knowledge of one-line diagrams, permitting, and paperwork related to installs
• Licensed Electrician and/or Licensed Plumber is strongly preferred for this role.   
• Extensive knowledge of local codes and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Generac “Installation Certified” a plus. 
• Has extensive Generator Installation background or has overseen Generator Installation department
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
• Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
• Experience with generators preferred, not required. 
• Service Titan Experience Preferred

What Will I Do?

• Keep appropriate inventory levels, work with vendors and warehouse employees
• Make sure jobs are staged correctly for maximum efficiency
• QC and audit installers/installations
• Process oriented
• Oversee and work with Generator Install Coordinator daily
• Oversee and Develop Generator Install team – comprises of electricians, plumbers, and apprentices
• Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
• Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
